Now retribution is DIFFERENT from reparations. So if you can do reparations without INTENTIONALLY being focused on making white people suffer -- that would be different. In these towns the policies of local government are hostile to blacks and yet to you this is the solution for blacks. This is another example of your ignorance.

The policies in the "hood" are destructive to blacks. The people with dreams and aspirations SHOULD get out. Towns like Ferguson had an average of 3 warrants per household and 1.5 arrests per year. WHY? Because they SUCK at serving the working poor. A failed tail-light can turn into incarceration if you can't or won't answer the tickets. And because A LOT of warrants are inaccurate and bogus. They tax your asses off, provide shoddy education. Give your kids "the lower expectations" treatment and you love it.
