Our government reminds me of a really bad boss that needs to dictate to everyone his bad ideas and things would go much better when the employees or citizens stop listening to the boss and do things on their own.

It ain't supposed to be that way in the first place. We're supposed to be the boss, and they're supposed to be the employees.
