    for the most part.

Yes. We saw that in the 2003 marches. We saw placards about same-sex marriage, "the living wage," anti-Israel slogans, Che pictures, etc. Most of the placards had nothing to do with war! Did you see any placards at the demonstrations saying that Hillary Clinton and John Kerry voted for the war? or that President Clinton had bombed Iraq 4 times over MWDs?

Seems pretty clear that was the case.

Their president attempts to launch an illegal strike...got to defend it.

Their president expands the Patriot Act and spies on email and phone call data...no sweat, liberal either cheer, or they are silent.

And Guantanamo? When's the last time you heard about that?

the left does have its way of speaking out of both sides of their mouths.

There is an old saying in DC, its not what is done or said that matters usually, its who says it and who does it.

And liberals were 100% vindicated by the outcome of Bush's stupid Iraq War.

Turns out those liberal protesters were right, and the warmongers were wrong.

"Bandar has formed close relationships with several American presidents, notably George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, the latter giving him the affectionate and controversial nickname 'Bandar Bush'[10]..."

"He advocated Saddam Hussein's overthrow in Iraq in March 2003.[12]..."

Bandar Bush's name has resurfaced at Ghouta in the last week:

"The U.S., Britain, and France as well as the Arab League have accused the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for carrying out the chemical weapons attack, which mainly targeted civilians. U.S. warships are stationed in the Mediterranean Sea to launch military strikes against Syria in punishment for carrying out a massive chemical weapons attack.

"The U.S. and others are not interested in examining any contrary evidence, with U.S Secretary of State John Kerry saying Monday that Assad’s guilt was “a judgment … already clear to the world.”

"However, from numerous interviews with doctors, Ghouta residents, rebel fighters and their families, a different picture emerges. Many believe that certain rebels received chemical weapons via the Saudi intelligence chief, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, and were responsible for carrying out the dealing gas attack."

EXCLUSIVE: Syrians In Ghouta Claim Saudi-Supplied Rebels Behind Chemical Attack

    Yeah...I know.

    Why aren't they protesting today?

Oh, yes -- they're doing the warmongering now.

Wars started by Democrats are good and righteous and holy.

    Right?

Hillary Clinton lost her chance to be president because of her support for the Iraq war.

Apparently if America wants any influence in Syria after Assad is deposed we have to be seen as a country who helped contribute to his demise. I think that would be an unpopular motive to give for intervention so we're going to use that "poison gas" issue instead. Certain other groups will benefit in other ways by Assad's departure too.
