The key to ending inner-city violence is convincing men into college and directed towards their self betterment. What better way for a young man to avoid the gang????

We should work harder getting them into college, craft schools and internships. Stop discouraging them as that will mean just more blood in our streets.

Hmmm...where did I hear this before...let's see...what was it....oh yeah...Obama's new plan to waste even more tax dollars on another way to give minorities more money for nothing.

We have schools and High Schools and Community colleges now.
If the inner city kids don't go now and graduate why do we need to throw more money away?
They should know by now that education is already available to them.

Inner city means black people, yeah if you're a racist. Black people make up a small minority of our population. There's no way they could be the only people in the inner city. Racism comes in many forms.
