PC, I watch a series called 'Timeless' on NBC Sunday nights. The series relates to this very topic very well. A family out to gain all power, going back in time through a time machine and implanting figure heads in leadership roles in the past to take out threats against their ability to gain pure power of the country.

In your scenario, the implants were made in the past to deprive young kids the ability to know how this country was built, implant figure head talking points and release them to the world to infiltrate and abolish the constitution. I'm not sure who is mocking who, the TV program on reality or reality off of the TV program. Tough one to choose there. Rittenhouse is the family in the series seeking power. Maybe like Clintons?
