The only reason their number is growing slightly is because of the policy of the western governments towards this problem. We are constantly told there is a big threat out there, coming to destroy our world as we know it, inflicting fear into society. Most people are thinking negative of the future, some even prepare for WW3. I'm not saying to deny the problem, but a different approach will help us more to overcome the issue.
