Tough to answer. If forced to pick one, I'll go with Ted Cruz by a hair over Rand Paul. As for the VP on the ticket, it doesn't matter really that is pretty much a useless position.

Absolutely. I liked him from the start of his career. He showed that he was and still is, the only GOP politician with a spine and some balls. He is still showing that today.
