from taxpayers obviously!! Can you say what your point is if you even know?
People and businesses made monies in areas of no infrastructure?
Don't all you liberal turds claim that socialism created the middle class in this country? Why doesn't that work in Venezuela or Cuba?
Because they are third world countries controlled by people that want to keep the voting public ignorant. That question the worth of their working class. That want to defund public education. That want to promote economic values for some on the backs of others.
Sound familiar?
Isn't that how you turds always describe the United States?
Republican goal.
The developer who built your subdivision had the street lights put in, numskull.
Sure. The developer recouped from the buyers that bought homes in the development. The big cost comes from maintaining the lights, which for the most part is done by tax monies.
Hmmm, no, it's done with your CDD payments.
You really think a developer would build a subdivision without street lights?
Would a developer do anything he's not required to do? Really?
Of course he would. Is the developer required to put in a community pool? Tennis courts? Tile roofs? Low E glass? 6 inch walls rated at R-19? Natural Gas?

Sure they did. What kind of infrastructure did they have in the 1820s when they built all the textile mills in the North-East? There was virtually no government infrastructure until after WW II.

Until Obama ascended the thrown, America was one of the wealthiest countries on Earth, despite practising the values you blame for making countries "third world." It appears your theory is faulty.

Amenities sell. Luxury's you spout such as 6" wall, low E, Tile roofs, etc are generally because of energy requirements. ENERGY CALCS

You mean when they polluted the rivers? Hell you Klowns fought the clean up of air and water. I remember listening to conservatives bitch about being forced to cleanup rivers that caught fire in the 1970's, lol

Yes THANKS TO PROGRESSIVE POLICIES the US became a first world nation. Thanks to conservative policy, looks like they want to send US back to 3rd world status

"It's not a tax because you agree to pay it."
You agree to pay your income taxes, payroll, taxes, gas taxes, sales taxes. None of those are taxes either? MORON

Nope, they aren't required. Other developments in the area don't have them. People buy quality and they buy a low cost of ownership.
The business of a Democrat controlled government is to make it as hard as possible for a business in the private sector to succeed.
The purpose of a Democrat controlled government is to impose as many taxes as possible in order to force people to be dependent
on government thereby keeping Democrats in power.

America, like every other first world country, got that way because of capitalism. All third world countries have never adopted capitalism. However, most of them endorse progressive policies.
That's the bottom line.
