No. There is no objective moral equivalency for all the reasons I have already outlined.

Their military actions have no goals.

Israeli military actions have the goal of controlling Hamas' access to weapons and to ensure they have no opportunity to build up an arsenal of weapons, while minimally impacting the civilian population and resisting the idea of re-occupation.

Hamas' goals are to harass Israel and conduct low-level terrorism in order to chip away at Israel's international political standing and create a sense of victimization for its people while waiting to build stronger offensive capabilities. (And this seems to be working in every way).
