This bill is a huge win for anyone who attends live events like concerts & sporting events.

The problem is dynamic pricing. Not really the governments place to set the rules on. If people are dumb enough to use the system I'm not sure what one can do.

I will not buy a ticket sold through a variable pricing system.

I'm not against making the price transparent from the beginning. Advertise $25 and it ends up $42.
