The Argument For and Against Raising the Minimum Wage to $15/hr

Why not put a 10% limit on how much the upper management can take from the workers??? Everything else can either go towards expenses, building onto the business or the workers.

I think minimum wage should be 10 dollars per hour. But with this in mind those workers will probably get far more then that.
