Interesting to note that they don't mention why they went extinct....were they so specialized that they lived in a square mile that was plowed under for food crops?..or have the changed due to interbreeding?....the present claim of mass extinction is due to climate...are any of those due to climate?...
Just looking through your list...the first says it was lost in the British Isles due to habitat loss but can be found in the Netherlands and has been reintroduced back into England...... The second Aporia crataegi..according to wiki and numerous other sources is apparently alive and well...the third...Maculinea arion...was lost to the British Isles...not the world and has since been brought back to the British Isles...the 4th..Cyaniris semiargus...again...extinct in the British Isles....is presently distributed throughout central europe extending as far as the arctic circle....do we see a pattern forming here?.... the 5th..Idaea humiliate...is also extinct in the british isles but widespread through europe....by Jove...we do see a pattern here...and not an unsurprising pattern...typical of wacko environs and warmistas....simply making shit up if you believe it serves a purpose....If I went down that entire list, how many of them do you suppose would be actually extinct?
