Meh, my grandparents ate 'all the wrong foods', and lived to be 93 and 96 respectively. Stress killed most people way early, only a few can blame it on diets. I remember George Burns always telling the story about his doctor constantly telling him to stop smoking cigars, and Carson would ask him what his doctors tells him now, and Burns said" My doctor's dead."
