I guess dumb asses like you don't realize that Texas recieves more money than it gives. In fact, that is the case for most Southern States. It is we on the the coasts and midwest that support most of the rest of you.

Today comes news that Perry has issued a disaster declaration for the state of Texas, the first step in getting assistance from federal agencies like FEMA, DHS, and HHS. Texas pretty much breaks even. Not like California or Illinois. Texas gets a lot, and I mean a LOT of money from the government. Military bases to say the least.
