Okay, no skin off of my nose. I'm sure those out there that know I'm pretty computer savvy will take the warning. But in all honesty I think you should run a virus scan. I recommend you download and run Stinger and Malwarebytes. I also recommend you replace whatever antivirus program your using for one that works.
The simplest route is to use Firefox and the extension WOT. It'll save you a lot of headaches.
