They have to be born to parents that are US citizens and citizenship is automatic.

Again no. However, if born outside the United States, then at least one parent must be a U.S. citizen and they must be born with U.S. citizenship.

Rich criminals rarely get convicted. You are right, even felons can be president. Felons lose their voting rights but they can be president. If they were disallowed from holding public office there would be very few Republicans holding public office.

The Constitution sets specific grounds for impeachment. They are “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.” To beimpeached and removed from office, the House and Senate must find that the official committed one of these acts. The Constitution defines treason in Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1:
