While I am no expert on military hardware, this story from last night's CBS New caught my eye. This new weapon, THE RAIL GUN will save us MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, and GREATLY IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS of our missiles.

Yes, I am one of those who attacks Pentagon waste, but this time we should give the Navy credit. Kudos! Here is the video of the CBS report:
