Consumers and customers all over the nation pay for the retail thefts and arson and other goodies. Moving out of these areas should be several times more prevalent. All the good will to get corporate chains to reestablish their conveniences for local consumers are now ruined. Compassion and sympathy have limits.

The gated communities in SD are like Ft. Apache.....When the gate opens for residents to enter or leave the illegals/homeless bum rush the gates.
