I am all in favor of existing laws being enforced the way they should be. This does open one nice big loopehole for the folks who hire servants, which is the biggest area of abuse. It gives them three years to be in compliance. All the rich folks with their gardeners and maids get a pass.

I, however, would like to see more immigration of better citizen candidates.
