This capitalism-omen tale was inspired by the custom-superstition films Halloween III: Season of the Witch, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Judge Dredd, and Village of the Damned.

Storm-Shadow had trained in the Himalayas for many years, studying martial arts, and was now ready to join the super-terrorist organization known as Cobra. Storm-Shadow was determined to make terrorism a 'glorious trophy' for 'new age radicals,' and the only one standing in his way was the democracy-ninja Snake-Eyes, wily combatant member of the patriotic 'G.I. Joes' which contended with Cobra (all the time). Snake-Eyes wanted to make sure that no one thought terrorism was justified.
Storm-Shadow and Snake-Eyes met and fought on a field in which the G.I. Joes were fighting Cobra agents to prevent a terrible chemical weapon invasion of the European cities of Paris (France) and London (England). Storm-Shadow lost his first real fight with Snake-Eyes, though he promised Snake-Eyes that he would 'resurface' to help Cobra in some 'other way.' Snake-Eyes felt shivers go down his spine, so he never stopped trailing Storm-Shadow (his new rival!). Meanwhile, America was going through many changes under the Trump Administration.
Snake-Eyes picked up a copy of the Washington Post the day after Halloween, and his jaw dropped. To his horror, Snake-Eyes realized what the following calamity-headline really meant --- "Numerous Storm-Shadow 'copycats' across America engage in acts of vandalism/arson!" --- Storm-Shadow had 'seduced' multiple American youngsters to 'follow' in his footsteps. Snake-Eyes realized Cobra was waging a 'psychological war' on the world. Snake-Eyes decided to create highway billboards (for U.S. roads), which read, "Violence is racism!" and only U.S. President Donald Trump could lure in the conservative vote! Storm-Shadow mischievously muttered, "Happy Halloween..."
