Joe Biden in Hanoi suffered the extreme HUMILIATION of his own staff publicly treating him like a senile old fool by shutting him down in the middle of a press conference. In this video we see the results of what would have happened if Biden's staff similarly shut down other presidents of the past in the middle of their own speeches.
