Planned Parenthood makes it's money victimizing prostitutes, sex abuse victims, and babies.

Yes, I want it eradicated. Anybody who values life wants it eradicated. It's a travesty, a monster set up by monsters, and supported by monsters still.

Ah yes, anything that gives people freedom of choice is a monster to dedicated 'Conservatives'. Whether it involves sex or alternative energies.

Dude, I eradicated your perfect 420 rep! All apologies. :(

Mississippi teen pregnancy rate highest in U.S.: CDC | Reuters

Reuters) - Mississippi has the highest teen birthrate in the nation while New Hampshire has the lowest, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Tuesday, following up on a report that found the incidence of pregnancy among U.S. teens was falling.

Mississippi reported 55 births per 1,000 teens aged 15 to 19 in 2010, more than 60 percent above the U.S. average, according to state data released on Tuesday. New Hampshire's rate was less half the national average at 15.7 births for the same age group.

Teen birth rates were higher in the South and Southwest and lower in the Northeast and Upper Midwest, the CDC said, noting that Hispanics and blacks had the highest teen birth rates.

Last fall the CDC reported that the U.S. teen birth rate dropped 9 percent from 2009 to 2010, reaching a historic low of 34.3 births per 1,000 teens aged 15 to 19. It attributed the drop to several factors, including strong pregnancy-prevention messages aimed at teens and increased use of contraception.

From 2007 to 2010, the rates fell at least 8 percent in 47 states and the District of Columbia. In 16 states, declines ranged from 20 percent to 29 percent. Montana, North Dakota and West Virginia were the only states showing little decline.

"In spite of these declines, the U.S. teen birth rate remains one of the highest among other industrialized countries," the CDC said.

When we legalized abortion and started teaching kids that they couldn't resist their sexual urges.

Now go back to chuckling about how good it is for everybody to participate in promiscuity and on-demand abortion.

So teen birth rates rise in one year, after a 10-year decline, and declining again after 2006. Talk about cherry picking a statistical anomaly!

Certain STD's are up amongst the middle-aged and older....what should that indicate, exactly?

And child abuse deaths may be on the rise. That's backed by a whole lot of nothing, but let's assume it's true. How is that related to abortion? Obviously aborted fetuses are not being killed through abuse!

Finally, no one is 'chuckling about how good it is for everybody to participate in promiscuity and on-demand abortion.'. Once again, from a poster who constantly harps on how others are telling lies, we find another lie. :eusa_shhh:

Silly, your people are the ones who keep carping that abortion reduces child abuse, and that people who are anti-abortion are pro-child abuse. I suggest you take it up with that idiot Boop and the other idiot...Chris? I'm not sure, who brought it up (and continually bring it up) initially.

If abortion reduces child abuse, then we would have less child abuse, and less child murder, instead of more, now that abortion is widespread. 50 percent of black women have had abortions. So why is it that child abuse has increased?

PS..you didn't read the article, did you? It isn't just among the adults that STDs have increased. It's also among middle and high schoolers. Not only have the incidence of the old standards increased, there are NEW STDs that our children are enjoying.

So you go ahead and keep encouraging them to screw! It's working out great!

That's a nice ad hominem.

Means nothing, except perhaps as an illustration of how pathetic your argument is...since you don't have one.

Something to consider. Most of the European nations have far more liberal attitudes toward sex, but have far fewer teenage pregnancies, and a lessor incidence of STD's. Might pay to look at what they are doing rather than just keep on with the failed 'Conservative' policies.

Who gives a shit what most of the European nations are doing? They're also battling anti-semitism and Islamification.

 Your own silly words left you wide open for that comment.

Abstinence only has never worked, and never will. Momma Nature has seen fit to give us the most hormones at the time we have the least brains. Good way of ensuring the continuance of the species, bad way to prevent teenage pregnancies.

Who gives a shit what most of the European nations are doing? They're also battling anti-semitism and Islamification.

In other words, if someone has a good answer, but it does not fit your preconceptions and ideology, ignore it. Works fine for idiots. And creates lots of babies born to children from 12 to 18.

Thanks, we started to lose our footing as the best country in the world when we started giving a shit about what idiocy the Europeans were participating in.

The lovely Europeans...they've brought so much to the world. Nazism, WWI & II, and unrestricted Islamification. Plus the inability to replace their own ball-less population (not that it's any great loss to the world).

Are you really this naive? Every male, aged 16-30ish who wants to get laid but doesn't want to use a condom (in other words, all) would swear up and down that he was 'on the pill.' Very few actually would be. Then, gone before the sun comes up.

Jerry Springer would have a new segment for his show: "I was on the pill!" This phrase would become more common than the old standby, "It doesn't even look like me!"

In case you are missing the subtle message, here it is in other words: YOU CANNOT TRUST US.

Well even if the guy says he is on the pill he should still wear a condom, birth control won't stop STD's.

"Should" is a whole other thing...

We'll ignore the fact that you didn't provide evidence of the statements you ascribe to other posters, despite the seeming hypocrisy of it.

PS..I read the article. It never mentioned middle or high school children. It only mentioned a survey of 45-65 year-olds as far as age specifics. It DID also provide a chart showing that 2 of 3 listed STD's were up in the overall population, but it did not in any way break that down by age. Is this yet another lie?
