The bill is similar to the doctrine of Nullification introduced by John C. Calhoun in 1830, that a state has the inherent power to nullify the force of a federal law in a state and the state had the inherent power to use force to prevent the federal being carried out.

Such laws of nullification are treasonous and the legislator may earn a trip to Gitmo.
