That's another hazard. Since there has been zero rain in California since April, the streets are slick with oil, from the cars which keep on driving. Very slippery, and skidding is more likely than during the rainy winter season.Not even close. We'll be lucky if oil gets washed off the freeways.
Keep the car in a garage if you have one. Don't drive.
