A split government is generally good for you in the short term, but only the short term. Remember, these are people who don't acquire power by helping you do well they only acquire power by convincing you to give it to them. Mind you that's better than just handing it over to the progressives, but tonight is no victory. These fucks (including Marco Rubio) still don't get it.
Tomorrow, call the offices of your newly elected Republicans, Tell them that you believed in them and then ask for a meeting. When (or if) they meet with you, put an NDA in front of them and if they sign it put an outline of your plans in front of them. Ask them what you can do to help them help you. If they can't answer then realize they can't help you. Go find someone else that can take their place NOW!
