If an American couple is in the military or works for the government in a foreign country, and has child born while stationed there. The child is automatically considered a U.S. citizen; and no different then someone born in any one of the 50 states. (57 if your an Obama sycophant) ....

If that is not the case, I know a whole bunch of folks from my youth that couldn't have run for president. One born in CUBA. Oh well, none had to test it.
