Income tax is theft. The unconstitutionality of the income tax lies in the way they collect it. It's a way of collecting revenue in an unconstitutional manner. There's no due process and you're considered guilty until proven innocent. Informed jury? Pfffft. Yeah, right. The assumption is made that the federal government owns you, controls you, owns and controls 100% of your income but allows you to keep a certain percentage if you obey their rules and fill out ther forms and make yourself vulnerable to everything the government does.
