More like a simplistic question.

However, let’s just toss this out there for guys like you to mull on.

1. Enforce our immigration laws. Without compliance by the would-be immigrant with our immigration laws, entry is forbidden and would be immigrants of that kind would be simply turned away.

2. For those who still make it through our borders, clarify that entry without compliance with our legal immigration laws is in fact a crime. Then, enforce the law. Try the ones who enter illegally. Sentence them and remove them once they’ve completed the sentence. And make sure that the tougher sentences for any subsequent illegal remarry is enforced.

3. For those who entered or remained illegally in the past and who are still here, start rounding them up. Put them in immediate removal proceedings. (It should go without saying, but since our liberals are kind of confused, I’ll say it anyway: we will need to differentiate true asylum seekers from mere illegal immigrants.)

4. We should make it crystal clear by law — and if needed by Constitutional Amendment — that illegal immigrants are entitled to no government financial assistance.

5. We should seriously crack down on employers who hire illegal aliens lacking the requisite work permits, etc. employers who do it should be heavily financially punished for a first offense. After that, the owners and bosses need to start being tried and sentenced (if convicted) to jail and prison.

6. We should — by law and by Constitutional Amendment, if required — terminate the ridiculous notion of “anchor babies” and chain migration.

7. The notion of “amnesty” should be abolished.

That’s just for starters.

If their claim is rejected (and right now that court date is years in the future) they are told they have to leave. Of the ones who actually show up for their court dates, whose claims are rejected, few leave, they disappear into the population. That's why the "remain in Mexico" program worked so well, the illegal aliens/false asylum seekers never got a chance to hide in our population. A side benefit was that word got back to their home countries that coming north was a waste of time since they would be stuck in Mexico for years, so many people simply stayed home.

The remain in Mexico thing was under title 42 , that doesn't exist anymore, So no that's not a option. By the way ace how are you going after a landlord that houses them when , they don't ask them if they are illegal aliens or are not and shouldn't be required to demand information showing they are American Citizens, hell they can't even ask them their nationality.
