Because we should never force anyone to do anything.

We force people to do shit all the time. If I can be nagged about wearing my seat belt, why not this?

First, I think seat belt laws are nothing more than an abuse of government power. Courts, being part of the government, disagree with me.

Second, they cannot force you to wear a seat belt. All they can do is give you a ticket if you don't.

Third, we should never force anyone to do anything.
