Should The Other Oil Exploration Co's Sue BP For Screwing The Pooch?

It seems to me that BPs negligence has cost the other oil exporation co's billions in lost revenues. The new regs to make it possible to drill deep water are going to be expensive. There will have to be equipment readily available to handle any real emegency unlike the fake contingency plans BP was prepared with. Should they sue and help in the effort to take BP down?
