Resisting arrest can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony depending on the facts of your case. The penalties and punishment will be determined by the facts of your case and how it is charged.

Yes it should be illegal. The crime to be punished by DEATH, so long as there is audio and video evidence. If such evidence exists, the defense would not be allowed a rebuttal argument nor would the suspect be allowed any appeals. Punishment to be carried out immediately upon conviction for resisting/fleeing (even if no other crime was committed).
