The whole impeachment issue needs to be clarified as in............a modern law on what constitutes impeachment.

As it now stands it is possible for either party that has a majority in the house to impeach anyone for anything. So ridiculous.

A new law needs to be enacted to clarify all this.

Keeping in mind founders desire to set the bar very high for impeachment and especially not to allow the impeachment process to be partisan in nature.
