I used to shop at a meat store in the Ghetto, where they had to buzz you in to prevent shoplifting. The system works. The owner got a good look at you before you would be let in.

shoplifting is the process of discretely taking a 5 finger discount by shoving a few steaks into your keister when you think no one is looking.

This is flagrant and open, the very definition of looting.

Old proverb and warning used to be put up in communities with looting.
