Why would they?

Universities do not want headlines of their students raping and sexually assaulting women....especially in the 70s when law enforcement and power structures were less enlightened about sexual predation than we are today....and even today in Britain they are showing that the police are not reporting 25% of the sexual assaults they respond to to keep their crime numbers down...I posted the link to this in another thread....

you can post on whatever you want. Point was, no one was going to stand for some American raping one of their women in the 1970s. Americans weren't all that popular back then.
