McCarthy will send a letter to Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell saying that the democrats used an improper impeachment process, that they denied the Republicans subpoena power to investigate and refute the articles by not having a full House vote to begin the impeachment inquiry, and therefore the articles of impeachment should be ignored or defeated.
