Current Situation:

◈ Politically, the act of Israel rendering any consideration ("concession") is, in effect, a blackmail payment in exchange for the HoAP to further peaceful (total peace) relations between the Israelis and whatever activity is the sole representative if the Arab Palestinian people.​

◈ In reality, the act of Israel rendering any consideration ("concession") is, in effect, a ransom payment in exchange for peace now being held by the HoAP.​

Assumption:

◈ This series of "concessions" can NOT endanger the existence of the Jewish National Home or sovereignty of the State of Israel.​

◈ This series of "concessions" must relieve both sides of any civil action, claims and liabilities, all war reparation demands, or post-conflict restitution. ​

Another problem rests with the view that any agreement of any kind that is dependent upon the trust, integrity, reliability, and principles of the Arab Palestinians is doomed to failure. There is no reason to assume that any peace arrangement would last for any reasonable time. It is unlikely that terrorist activities and organizations will stand down and disarm.
