"That gentleman is indeed a Pissgums Crew wannabe weinersucking flatublatherer" would indeed be a far more potent insult if directed at some poor cove unsuited to the task of getting to a safe space before melting down or worse; being triggered to violence. My parents who are in their 90's and don't drive have ID cards, they need to go to DMV once every 4 years to get them renewed. They need their ID for banking, for buying bus passes, medical care and on and on. Not see what the big issue is.

The native afro americans do not need a driver's license to vote, just an state issued ID card.

Hispanics and non-native afro americans will have trouble though since being an illegal alien does pose a problem.

My Nephews don't drive. They have State ID's. Without which they couldn't work for a living, get a bank account, or have direct deposit of their paychecks every week.
