I have worked with several pedophiles in my career. The pathology of many of them is that they in fact ARE big overgrown kids. Their control of their sexual impulses is pre adolescent to say the least. Some of them even have very small or poorly filled out genitalia. In that respect they look and act more like children in their sexual response to stimulation.
