Sandra Fluke to introduce Obama in Denver
The Denver Post reports the campaign appearance by Sandra Fluke shows "the importance of the women's vote" in Colorado, a key swing state in the presidential election.
Fluke was called a "slut" and "prostitute" by radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh because she supported the Obama mandate requiring health insurance companies to offer birth control coverage.
"Obama is committed to rebuilding our economy upon the values of fairness and opportunity and the belief that all Americans, both men and women, must have the rights they deserve," she wrote in a column for CNN.
Obama, who won Colorado in 2008, will also be in Grand Junction, Pueblo and Colorado Springs on Wednesday.

the Rs war on women is the resonance for Fluke - "the importance of the women's vote" as only one introduction to four events scheduled for the day drawing such attention.
Limbaugh apologized for using such rhetoric, which was denounced by Republicans and Democrats alike.

You know viagra's main purpose is not ED. I do agree if used for sex, it should not be covered, same with birth control, if used as birth control it should not be covered, if used fir other reasins I have no issue, but it need to be stated in an official document like a prior authorization.

Buck lost the women's vote 56 - 39.
The Democrats know exactly what there doing here. They're going to tie the Fluke-haters to Romney and let him try to wriggle out from under them.

This election decides whether years of struggle for basic health care rights that so many women fought for will be rolled back. I'll be standing with the President in Colorado because I believe we must defend those rights -- and that means reelecting a President who stands with us.
