You only have to look at the value of the Ruble to tell that the substance of the article is untrue.
Because if Russia had the sort of GDP that this article claims the Ruble would be trading at a much higher price than it currently is.

Russia has been making weird barter deals instead of cash sales...and because of the nature of them nobody but Russia seems to come out on top. So their "barter partners " are done making them.

Russia also has stated that they can't support the price of a Ruble anymore with commodity sales of gold and precious metals/diamonds.

It's over....

And since Ukraine has stated that they are going to begin targeting Russian oil tankers....even Russian oil exports are likely to drop.
