1. It is good that the grand jury -- or someone -- is looking at the inaction of the police that horrible day.

2. Of course, anyone would be afraid to face an armed lunatic, but they are paid to be brave.

3. Nothing is going to bring back those children, but surely the parents deserve some financial compensation for the incompetence of the cops that day.
