Socialists are welcome in America. For now...
Really though, America is the land of opinion, they can stay just as well as capitalists. They have the same rights, including the right to ignore reason and logic.

There is no difference. There idealogy is still flawed in the basic premises. The liberal movement is a neocommunist movement. Has been since the late sixties. Read David Horowitz sometime. He is very good and analyzing the flaws with communism and the left.

HAH! modern communism has no similarities with our founding ideals. .. But Ill look into it.

Then I think there should be two governments. People shouldn't vote for their gov't of choice, they should sign up for their gov't of choice. Two governments could run the American people.
Socialists vs. Capitalists. And it's a race from there.
If capitalists win, then they get to save the world, if socialists win, then they get to save the world.
Either way, the world gets saved.
You get to sign up for which tax bracket you choose.
One at 18%, or whatever a capitalist would want, the other at 45% or whatever a socialist would want.
The socialists get to give their money to their gov't, and build up a stash, the capitalists get to keep theirs and donate it to charities.

Just share laws and everything. Or they could be sub-gov'ts, or something. Would people be able to live that way, or is that to much of a division?

But socialism depends on keeping the producers and achievers of society in the system against their will. If those willing to work and take care of their own needs are able to opt out, they will, leaving the deadbeats to distribute the income of other deadbeats. It just won't work, as it depends on the victimization of society's successful. What income will be redistributed if the earners are allowed to opt out, which they most certainly would?

Two governments? You're lost it. You're quite nutty.

That's assuming only capitalists make money. Besides, if it doesn't work out for the socialists, then they'll just have to work harder. If the capitalists come out way ahead, who cares? That means they won, and then good changes come.

If socialists are sharing the same hospitals and schools as the capitalists, then everyone will still be taken care of. And you have the option to keep it a secret whether you're a socialist or a capitalist...

Haha. You're just figuring that out??

Besides, we'd save a lot of money on campaigns...

Individuals who are willing to accept responsiblity for their own welfare will opt out. Leaving only deadbeats to redistribute nothing. Let's just force socialists as you call them, deadbeats is what I call them, to work now. How about that. How about a system where every individual is responsible for his own economic success? IF you believe that is unfair, please tell me why.

Ok, one gov't, two tax brackets... If you sign up as a socialist, you pay more tax, but your healthcare and education are taken care of by the gov't, if you sign up as a capitalist, you pay for your own healthcare and education.

It'll never work. The producers will opt out and the deadbeats will be left to redistribute the nothingness of their lives. Socialism is oppression of the producers. With no producers comes nothing to steal.

Then they have the option of resigning as a capitalist...

Capitalists and socialists would share hospitals and schools, that way, the capitalists can make sure they don't go downhill, through the generous donations they claim will happen if they are in control of their own money.
