During the 6 years the GOP had total control of the federal government, both Houses of Congress and the White House, they didn't introduce not one single, solitary bill to overturn or even ameliorate Roe v. Romney is not a flip flopper. The American people have different ideas about things and Romney is so American that he supports both sides. We have never had an American candidate that is so flexible and so willing to support all Americans and all their beliefs and ideas no matter what. This technique is completely new in American politics, and at one time it was called lying but now we see that Romney wants to be the president of all the people so he is completley flexible. You forget about the amendment process, which can override the court. Also the idea you have that a court decsion puts something "in" the consitution is wrong. The court is supposed to interpret items ALREADY in the consitution, not make up new items.
