Right vs. Left is Logic vs. Emotion

So you would want elite healthcare like St. Judes which has been paid for by private contributions so the poor don't have to pay anything for excellent care? Does that include doctor's visits and medications that keep people out of the hospital? I'm trying to grasp what it is you envision.
No. I want each and every individual to take personal responsibility for their own lives (including their healthcare needs). And then we augment that with private charity.
What's the "personal" responsibility of people who get their insurance from the government or their job?

What's the answer to the problem of a child with cancer whose parents are broke? The dry well?

Show us how rational you are by solving an actual issue not well, mommy and daddy should have bought insurance but they didn't so fuck them and that sick kid.

CapitalCare, the really capitalist insurance company.

You = good risk, we ran you genetics and we monitor your lifestyle. No smoking, drinking, dangerous shit, fast driving, drugs, fucking around etc. You get covered, until you get sick or break even one rule that is. Then you get bounced, pronto.

You = cancer, bad genes, already sick, other per-existing condition, bad risk, family history of anything expensive to treat, female, old, young, poor, etc. Go fuck yourself off to the charity hospital, Bloodsucker. We aren't in business to lose money on your sick sorry ass.

Capitalism = one answer to one question, not all answers to all questions. The meaning of life? Not capitalism. Should I have or not have children? Not capitalism. Does God exist? Not capitalism. Basic healthcare for a modern society? Not capitalism.
Well you're sort of correct. The answer to all questions is: liberty. Capitalism is simply the economic form of liberty.

Sorry friend - but coercion and communism simply do not work. Nobody is providing their labor for free. And if you set some cap on making a living from healthcare, then the bright minds we need for it will go elsewhere. That's called reality. The sooner you come to grips with it, the better off you will be.

If cons used logic they would be against the Muslim ban as there are zero attacks on US soil it would have prevented. But alas, the use their emotional fear and discrimination to think.
Yeah....uh....logic dictates that you don't invite enemies into your nation. :lmao:

Isn't that ban unconstitutional?
Nope. Not even a little. It is 100% legal and constitutional. The fact that it was blocked by a left-wing judge acting like a political activist rather than a judge upholding the law is yet another example of the left violating the U.S. Constitution.
It is unconstitutional to ban a particular religion. Trump boasting of a total freeze of Muslims entering america is what got it blocked.

Once again trumps mouth is his own worst enemy.

What's the "personal" responsibility of people who get their insurance from...their job?
Isn't that kind of self-explanatory? :uhh:

(Hint: if they are getting up and going to work every morning - they are taking personal responsibility and they are earning their own healthcare)

1. It is not "unconstitutional to ban a particular religion" because foreigners don't have constitutional rights. We can ban foreigners from entering the U.S. at any time for any reason. They have not rights to access the U.S. It is completely and totally at our discretion. We can ban foreigners for being women. We can ban foreigners for being muslim. We can ban all foreigners just for the fun of it. Foreigners have no right to enter our country, nor do they have any constitutional rights.

2. President Trump did not ban a religion. That wouldn't even be possible. How do you prove the religion of an individual? They could just claim the are jewish, christian, etc. He banned travel from certain nations which pose the highest risk to us - and it was 100% legal. It will be upheld by the Supreme Court.

Our constitution extends to those in our jurisdiction. Meaning valid refugees, visa card holders, even just non Americans waiting in American airports. It's been proven time and time again in legal cases.

Why Trump’s Immigration Rules Are Unconstitutional

Then perhaps you can explain to all of us here if the right wing is so good at solving these problems of poverty and misery, why do red states such as the south have such low standards of income, healthcare, and education, and blue states such as those the west coast and the north east out preform the south in all those areas??? :bye1:
Low standards of income? It's cheaper to live in the south so they make less on average. It's called the marketplace, that needs to be explained to you? And I don't know where you get the idea healthcare and education has lower standards. Lots of northern universities teach garbage for a lot of money. I suppose your standards are different than mine.
St Jude childrens hospital provides treatments for free, and they provide housing for the parents.
Supported with donations.
The difference being, conservatives give to charity, leftists do not.
St. Jude's is wonderful, but I did not know it was 100% a conservative organization. No leftists are allowed to contribute, huh? I thought it was a Mason's hospital. Am I confusing it with another one?
We all know the left hardly give anything to charity, study after study shows it. You playing stupid simply shows your level of involvement.
An obvious answer to that is because Americans most wealthy vote Republican, as that's who the GOP caters to.
Except one problem - 43 of the top 50 wealthiest corporations give most to Democrats.
good for them- country interests over personal interests.

Lol! Now that is some funny stuff right there!

Why Trump’s Immigration Rules Are Unconstitutional
Absolutely incorrect as far as USA constitutional right being bestowed upon non citizens seeking to come here

Gee, what a not so difficult thing for most, many of which get nothing but a paycheck. But that doesn't bother you now does it? Nah, just because you work hard but get very little means you're an idiot who deserves not to have healthcare.

What's the answer to the problem of a child with cancer whose parents are broke?
I already stated it above....a payment plan (augmented by charity when and where appropriate). So simple, only a progressive could be baffled by it.
I'm sure the hospitals and doctors who put out hundreds of thousands of dollars getting a child well will do just fine with $50 a month, for life. Next time, get a real answer.

Or you can just say what's actually true - they have to use charity and you don't give a shit as long as you get yours.

Here's the reality, friend - not all of life is about making a profit. When you grow up you'll learn that capitalism isn't the answer to everything, and it was never intended to be.

Oh really? So anyone who is not a legal U.S. citizen may vote in our elections so long as they are "in our jurisdiction"?

Oops....

Here's the reality, friend - not all of life is about making a profit. When you grow up you'll learn that capitalism isn't the answer to everything, and it was never intended to be.
Here is a larger reality, friend - left-wing ideology is a failed ideology which results in massive debt, little production, poverty, misery, and ultimately...collapse.

When you grow up and accept reality over your precious little ideology, you will see the healthcare and standard of living in left-wing nations such as Cuba and Venezuela.

Jimmy Kimmel's recent viral monologue is a prime example of how the left values irrational emotions over logic and reason. That is why the left supports failed ideologies such as socialism, communism, etc. Because it feels good to them. They could care less that it ends in poverty, misery, and collapse.

Jimmy Kimmel illustrated this universal truth once again when he cried during his monologue about his baby (who is ok now) and proclaimed how nobody should have to decide between saving their child's life and money (as if anyone has ever had to make that "choice"). Life saving procedures cannot be denied regardless of a person's ability to pay. In addition to that inconvenient little fact, there is this gem:
The care, technology, and life saving treatment his family experienced was made possible by two, privately funded organizations. Both Cedars Sinai and Children’s Hospital LA are non-profit, not government-run, hospitals. This isn’t a coincidence.

When individuals are allowed to fund programs they like without a government mandate, we end up with more efficient and effective services. Hospitals are only one very important example.
Jimmy Kimmel’s Moving Story Shows Why Private Charity Trumps Government
Those private hospitals are great, I'm sure, but they sure are more expensive than most of the population can afford. So explain to me again how our current healthcare system is accessible to all? People can't afford to visit a hospital when they've got Obamacare--their $10,000 + deductibles are prohibitive. Same with doctor's visits. Kimmel as a father has every right to tear up relating the close call his newborn went through. You guys slamming "emotion" vs. "logic" aren't doing so hot when it comes to finding an actual solution to the problem, though. More and more people can't afford to visit doctors. Fix it.
ok, lets get rid of Hospitals. It isn't fair that those who can afford it can get it while those who can't afford it can't get it. So lets make it so nobody can have it.

Neither are yours. Posting left-wing propaganda pieces are meaningless. The indisputable fact is that the U.S. Constitution is not an international document. It applies to U.S. citizens only on U.S. soil only.

Not everyone can come in first place in a race so we should handicap fast runners to give the slow runners a fair chance of winning the race.
