What's the "personal" responsibility of people who get their insurance from the government or their job?No. I want each and every individual to take personal responsibility for their own lives (including their healthcare needs). And then we augment that with private charity.So you would want elite healthcare like St. Judes which has been paid for by private contributions so the poor don't have to pay anything for excellent care? Does that include doctor's visits and medications that keep people out of the hospital? I'm trying to grasp what it is you envision.
What's the answer to the problem of a child with cancer whose parents are broke? The dry well?
Show us how rational you are by solving an actual issue not well, mommy and daddy should have bought insurance but they didn't so fuck them and that sick kid.
