One thing you and I agree on. Taxes on corporations is just anither technique the government uses to hide the amount of taxes the people are paying. It's just an indirect method of taxation all of which the people ultimately pay. If they don't think so, they're only fooling themselves. There should only be one tax and that is a straight up percentage of income, all income no matter the choice, no exclusions, no exemptions and no exceptions. The time when America was great, corporations hated it. Wages were too high. So were their taxes.
