Rep. Devin Nunes threatens to sue CNN.

Grab the Cracker Jacks and Red Bulls kids.
It's gonna be a long night at the hospital for politically-washed-up Democrats (HPD)
and so-called journalists it looks like.

Its a start.

Really Judicial Watch has been doing a lot of the digging so far, more than Republicans have.

I wouldnt look for the Republicans to do much.

Between Brennan and Clapper alone, can you imagine all the dirt they have on
90% of Congress if they want to mess with them. Graham and his pal McCain (rip) ?
You know they had ties to Ukraine and a lot of other shady stuff.

We already know what they have done. And its treasonous.

Jumping to conclusions based on no evidence and parroting Russian propaganda isn’t proof of anything. You know less than nothing because you reject evidence of real crimes being committed in public by this President, in order to pursue lies and conspiracy theories.

You guys keep on repeating your little lies
and see where it gets you....Trump and a GOP-controlled Congress in 2020.

What 'real crimes' do you think Trump has committed?

If there really is justice, Barr will be sitting in a jail cell with Mulvaney, Pompeo and Guliani. His career is over and his reputation is in ruins. All of his legal arguments in defense of Donald Trump's claimed executive powers are being shot down in the courts. The judge yesterday said that the powers and executive privilege Barr is claiming Trump has as President, are non-existant and that Presidents are not kings.

Trump is consitituion required to submit to oversight by Congress to provide whatever documents and witnesses Congress requires to effective investigate his actions.

The rule of law is holding.
It's not over until the fat lady is singing. At that point Trump should be serving his second term while McCabe, Comey, Mueller, Obama, and Hillary are wearing prison stripes.

You're not paying attention. Nobody is voting for Republicans. Trump campaigned heavily in Virginia and Kentucky. He begged voters to turn out so he wouldn't be embarassed by the losses. Both were solid red states he won by more than 15 points. Both states are now run by Democrats.

More than 300 seats across the country in the state houses, the governors; mansions, as well as Congress, have been flipped from red to blue. As the country grows larger, there are fewer rural areas and more people living in cities, and Republican policies are an utter failure in running cities.

We had 50 years of of the New Deal - one of the most successful economic stratgies in world history, and then we had 40 years of Republican policies, which have been destructive and counterproductive to infrastructure, education and investment. Now the pendulum is swinging back to liberal policies, conservatives are screaming and crying and trying to suppress votes which will knock them out of power.

The New Deal brought prosperity to all Americans. Republican policies stripped the wealth for workers and the middle class and gave it to the top 10%. While Democrats oversaw the greatest production of wealth the world has every seen, Republican policies oversaw the transfer of all of that wealth from all of the people to a few of the people.

Americans have caught on. Twice they've voted for change from the Republican system, and they\re going to keep voting for that change until they get it.

I assure you Virginia was not a solid red state, and has not been for years. Northern Virginia in particular has been overrun with federal workers, and is more akin to the People's Republic of Maryland.

At any rate, don't count chickens that are not yours, Canadian girl. :auiqs.jpg:

The Obama appointed judge is not the final word.
Also, McGahn as council can show up, take the oath, and sit on his hands, executive privilege.
Democrats don't understand legal terms like Executive Privilege.

Yes, lenny, they do. Trump thinks that "executive privilege" means no oversight, and that's utterly false. Executive privilege doesn't mean the President can do anything he wants. The American government has three co-equal branches. Trump is not more powerful than Congress or the Courts. They are equal. Trump's "privilege" doesn not extend to the powers of a "king" as noted in yesterday's court decision.

You don't have a clue. Are you on a subscription service for this drivel?

On the one hand you note three equal branches, then in the same breath declare the Legislative superior to the Executive.

Here's the layman's version:

So how do you explain the "shellacking" in 2010 ?
Americans voted for change in 2008 and not a damn thing changed under 8 years of
Obama.

If he had evidence of corruption, he would have forwarded it to the FBI and DOJ. That is literally most of what the FBI does.
