Truly, it's time for a Constitutional Convention.

The Congress has become so corrupt in its members' grasping for more and more personal power that something has to give.

Maybe it's term limits, or opening ourselves up to many different political parties as most western democracies have, but these earmarks are just the nearly-harmless symptom of the cancer within.

Unfortunately it has been part of congessional history. Congress is so far gone it is past help.
I know from past experience how the military will spend just to keep its budget. In one post they gave away furniture that was not even unwrapped so that they could buy more to replace it in storage.
Congess has always looked for more ways to spend money. I doubt anyone has ever looked for a way to save.

If they vote you in in 2020. They will vote you out in 2024 when they see how much less take home pay they have. How the take home pay is reduced and done is semantics.
