All arguments are based on the authority that bids for those evidences. This is one of the major points of Jesus in His discussion with Pontius Pilot.

So to look at your argument more scientifically, the question that we need to ask is not what evidence you can find or manufacture, but what authority.

And the authority in your point seems to come not from God.

so you ask me for a mathematical proof that evil is not an entity then you refuse to provide a mathematical proof that it is.

I do not recognize any god as an authority.

So when you can provide scientific evidence that what you call evil is actually some intelligent invisible entity that takes control of the minds and bodies of people get back to me
