    Roberts Will Redefine 'Mainstream'

    First Prediction: George W. Bush's nominee, John G. Roberts, will be confirmed by the Senate.

    Second prediction: Justice Roberts will do much to redefine what is the mainstream in American constitutional law.

    Thanks, that is a great article. I had read it, don't know why the link wouldn't work. :dunno: I tried to search for it too. Weird.
