What will you do when the hiring begins to really scale up?

will you deny it in a partisan attempt to talk the economy back down to win an elelction for your party?

Will you put party over country

We have to thank the GOP for not cooperating with Obama, right?

And Frank just beat TM at her own game...

So what is it TM, have the Reps ruined the economy's "recovery" or made it so in a couple months the economy takes off?

TM has no education

TM is obese

TM has no job

We should all take TM's advice on forging policy, healthcare and the economy for sure lol.

Anti-Americab Families Created Balanced Budget Requirements To Increase Layoffs!

The Hatred of Jesus Christ that is rampant in the Party of Abraham Lincoln/Herbert Hoover/Richard Nixon, and the rest of their heroes: Set state and local funding law and policy wherein neighbors would be unable to help one another in times of calamity. Balanced Budgets are required, even when impossible to meet any crisis.

That is one reason why unemployment is high. Rather than leading the way with an increase of 500,000 state and local jobs, state and local government--and the teachers who caused it all--created a 500,000 job loss instead.

The arithmetic of Jesus Christ foretold the banker-created housing crisis in Matthew 25::14-30. The teachers including at university will not allow that to be discussed, or used in analysis. For everyone else, people were put into mortgages they could not afford, and got cast in foreclosure. Familes further supported the bogus math wherein the rich get richer, and the poor don't get enough. Schedule M, The Make Work Pay Tax Credit like in Matthew 20::1-16, also got cast out. The teachers were clearly on board with that. No "Santa Clause" allowed in school!

Some call that, "free market laissez-faire," but when there is computing, then free market laissez-faire has already stopped. Governments support laws of contract, for example, and otherwise create courts of law. Government intervenes, 24/7.

Since housing was dirt-cheap, then lines of credit dried up, and cheap housing was everywhere available. There were houses to buy, but with no more credit to buy them. So no more construction jobs were needed.

Government and construction employment tends to lead the way out of recession. State and local governments refused to help their neighbors. The private sector refused to help their neighbors. The job recovery still loses leading sector jobs--having nothing to do with the federal government. That is the way of the Jesus Christ hating GOP.

Soon it will be Hare Krishna weekend, even on Venice Beach, in California: "Where Art Meets Crime!" Soon, art will meet Hare Krishna, and maybe Mary, Joseph, and some kid.

I love it when liberals use Jesus when he suits their purpose. But when he doesn't they want him removed. According to God we aren't supposed to owe anyone anything pay are debts off.

Shakespeare created advice to not a lender or borrower be: But English was really not one of his language skills.

The deity of Israel creates pithy sayings, and rules, like this one: Exodus 22:25 -27 " If you lend money to any of my people who are poor among you shall not be like a money lender to him, you shall not charge him interest."

The New Testament frequently refers to lending, expecting nothing in return.

U. S. bankers clearly did not do the Jewish concept in the matter of the adjustable mortgages. The Obama Administration is hated by Republicans--especially the Old Fat White People, Cavorting About Naked On Other People's Yachts, Dumping Substance And Other Treasure Into The Sea--for having done all the spending, and with borrowed money: Expecting no particular profit for themselves.

The Deity of the Jews and Jewish Jesus, and probably Reformed Jews to boot: Knew a great deal about money and lending.

Paul in Romans even notes that you'd better pay up, even though the Party of Abraham Lincoln/Herberbt Hioover/Richard Nixon/Boehner, Cantor and McConnelll: Even took Santa Clause away!

Maybe bigrebnc1775, has in Mind Vishnu, or some other deity, with a funny Greek name(?)!

That is because you are ignoring the entirety of the information given and cherry picking the facts to pretend it has done what you wish it would do.

If you really cared about the countryy more thant your party you would not be doing that

Love the consistent honesty of Libs on the Economy: Economy sucks and its GOP Bush Reagan!!! One good, probably misreported bit of economic news and they grab their Obama kneepads.

LOL

Which is it? Can you pick an explanation and stick with it?

Exactly now if they have amitted to mistakes in the past why are you not accepting that perhaps the gallop one could be correct?

The trend is the important peice of information in this chart anyway.

The numbers are headed in the right direction.

I hope you can find that comforting but it seems the right doesnt like the fact that the economy is improving.

The old party over country thing

from your link...
Author's note: When the government reports the U.S. unemployment rate on Friday, it will be referencing data collected during mid-June. As a result, its findings are most likely to correlate with the results Gallup reported at mid-month, suggesting little or no improvement in the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate from May's 9.1% -- which matches the consensus forecast for June.
Translation: the real number will be around 9.1% as it was in mid-June.

Also, the Bureau of Labor and Statistics uses data gathered from the actual employers, not a phone survey of average people.
Results are based on telephone interviews...

Then there's that pesky little 'seasonal adjustment' that Gallup doesn't include...
Unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment

And WHY is using the seasonal adjustment more accurate than not using it?
Seasonal adjustment - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
One famous example is the rate of unemployment which is also presented by a time series. This rate depends particularly on seasonal influences, which is why it is important to free the unemployment rate of its seasonal component. As soon as the seasonal influence is removed from this time series, the real trend of the unemployment rate is visible. Seasonal adjustment is mostly used in the official statistics implemented by statistical software like Demetra+.

When seasonal adjustment is not done with monthly data, year-on-year changes are utilized in an attempt to avoid contamination with seasonality. However, each year-on-year change is the sum of twelve monthly changes. This moving window (with a width of 12) is often a poor way to understand a series. As an example, it has been found that,[3] by using point-on-point changes of seasonally adjusted data, the analyst is able to better obtain early warnings in the inflation time-series.
Translation: Remove the seasonal component by making the seasonal adjustments, in order to get a more accurate picture of the real rate and trend.

Of course, I fully expect TM to ignore reality, as usual.

The old party over country thing

You're still ignoring my link. The BLS, a government agency currently under the Obama administration, shows unemployment trending UP. From 9.0% in January to 9.2% in June.

And you say this is "the right direction"?

Seems to me you are the one putting party over country.

The Housing Crisis was Unregulated banker, GOP supported. Construction job growth is still not happening. Anti-business bankers don't make mortgages available to the poor, a policy originally opposed by Jesus Christ.

The 500,000 layoffs of the state and local government employees are an outcome of the Republlican anti-business, anti-neighbor, antl-credit market, balanced budget--anti-crisis, balanced budget policies in place.

The Party of Lincoln/Hoover/Nixon/Boehner/McConnell/Paul-Paul/et. al. is not a forward-moving, economy-expanding, Party like the Great Socialist Party they have in China.

Oh I see wrong numbers huh?

what makes them wrong and the higher right?
Gallup only measures 18 years and older, using only households with phones, and random dialing. BLS measures 16 years and older, with personal interviews and phone follow ups if requested, using a very detailed breakdown of the country.

And sample size is vastly different as well, so that Gallup's margin of error for their rate is +- 0.7% and BLS's is +-0.2% (both at the 90% confidence level. Comparing Gallup's figure with the BLS not seasonally adjusted number, then, gives us Gallup: 8.2% - 9.3% and BLS at 9.1% - 9.5%.

Have any of these entities ever had to correct these numbers after the fact due to revised numbers?
BLS does not revise the Unemployment numbers.

The Department of Labor? They do it all the time. They adjusted May's numbers up a bit just a few days ago.
Those were the jobs numbers, not unemployment. Different survey.

Exactly now if they have amitted to mistakes in the past why are you not accepting that perhaps the gallop one could be correct?
Revisions do not mean mistakes. The establishment survey (jobs gained/lost) is revised twice due to incomplete reporting.
